Chicken Tacos with Guacamole Pulp
✅ Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, fajitas or shredded
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt, pepper, and cumin to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika or chili powder (optional)
- Olive oil
To accompany:
- 1 cup of guacamole in pulp
- Corn or flour tortillas
- Thinly sliced red onion
- Fresh chopped cilantro
- Sliced radishes
- Salsa to taste
- Lime wedges
✅ Preparation
- Marinate the chicken:
Mix the chicken with garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Let stand for at least 20 minutes.
- Cook the chicken:
In a hot pan with a little olive oil, cook the chicken until well browned and juicy. If you used breast fillets, shred once cooked.
- Prepare the tacos:
- Heat the tortillas.
- Spread a base of guacamole in pulp over each tortilla.
- Add the hot chicken.
- Garnish with red onion, cilantro, radishes, and a few drops of lime or salsa.
